Multi-Language Add-In for Visual Studio

Multi-Language Add-In in Visual Studio 2015

Hello!

We use Multi-Language Add-In in Visual Studio 2012 and 2013. In these days we testing Visual Studio 2015 (now in preview, should be released later this year) and considering move to it.

Unfortunatelly, Multi-Language Add-In do not work in Visual Studio 2015 because Visual Studio 2015 does not support Add-Ins (in Visual Studio 2015 there is no Add-In Manager, ...) only VSPackage extensions.

Do you plan to support Visual Studio 2015 with your Multi-Language tool and release it as Visual Studio Extension? And if so when you expect to release first version?

thanks,

Hi Slavo,

I will have to convert it to a visual studio package. I think it is a fairly straightforward change.

I only recently realized that I would have to do this. Now time is getting short, so I will have to make it a priority.

Any news with regards to this (Multi-Language Add-In in Visual Studio 2015)?

thanks,

Yes, I have made a version 6, which you can download from the downloads page, or with the following link:
http://www.jollans.com/MultiLanguage.vsix

This version supports Visual Studio 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015 with the same installation. It is now a Visual Studio Package, not an Add-In, and the installation is a VSIX file.

Sorry that I haven't posted anything about it earlier.

Phil
