Multi-Language Add-In for Visual Studio

i'm having problems translating my Sliverlight project.
when i scan the controls the tool finds all the string and i'm able to translate them but if i close the project and run the tool again the controls scan only returns the strings that were not translated and i can't see the translated strings also the strings that are found were marked as hidden in the previous scan.

any idea what could be causing this problem?
